These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SnapQuote ("Service"), operated by SnapQuote ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SnapQuote provides an AI-powered quoting tool for independent service contractors. Users send photos of job sites via WhatsApp or SMS and receive professionally formatted PDF quotes generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident or business entity in the United States to use SnapQuote. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

SnapQuote offers monthly subscription plans (Free, Pro, Team). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All charges are processed securely via Stripe.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro and Team subscriptions. After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at hello@getsnapquotes.com within 7 days of your first charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapQuote to generate fraudulent quotes, misrepresent services, violate applicable laws, or infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Quotes generated by SnapQuote are AI-assisted estimates and should be reviewed by the contractor before delivery. SnapQuote is not responsible for inaccuracies in pricing or scope generated by the AI system. You retain full responsibility for the quotes you send to your clients.

7. Intellectual Property

SnapQuote and its underlying technology are owned by the Company. You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, business information). By submitting content, you grant SnapQuote a limited license to process it for service delivery purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapQuote is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
