SnapQuote is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a Pro or Team plan for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Subscription Renewals
After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period.
Free Plan
The Starter plan is free and no payment is required. There is nothing to refund for free plan users.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@getsnapquotes.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
